Farm Raised All-Natural Dry Aged Angus Beef
We built the Farm Market with the intention of discontinuing our 10 years at Memphis Farmers Market. While I loved the customers/friends I made, I decided that going to my kids soccer games and family time should take priority.
This beef was harvested with our Easter Egg/Baby Animal Festival (cheeseburgers) in mind but, it appears that will not be possible because of the virus/social distancing. We farmers and businesses will have to adapt to help meet the needs of our community and families. All our beef are born on our farm and only go to the local mennonite processor in Paris, TN are dry aged 14-21 days and flash frozen.
My goal is to make this buying process easy.

We have a limited amount of beef with more to come next month. Orders will be filled in the order they are received. We will have regular hours every Friday 1-6 pm. For now just text with the order and when you would like to come pickup, eventually this will be more automated with a proper checkout . Ps we also have jams & jellies available.

We put a frozen roast in the crock pot at breakfast with charbroil, garlic salt, and more seasons and cooks for 6-10 hours and uses a fork to pulled beef sandwich. (baguette & provolone).

Texas BBQ. We divide the brisket in to quarters. 2 points (nose) and 2 flats. This brisket is trimmed and ready to season and smoke. I plan to eventually offer this smoked on the farm.
